Something Different!

My First 3 Tier Cake



I have done 2 tier cakes before, but this was my first time not only making a 3 tier cake, but also working with butter cream. My friends would know, I'm neither a fan of cream nor of very sweet bites, thus my cakes have minimum cream and always on the low side of sugar. This was only made on a request for a friend for her photo shoot.


Meringues



I bought the meringue shells from the supermarket in Serene Centre. I decorated it with berries and butter cream.

All these were used in Style Magazine for a Marie Antoinette Story, thus explaining the retro colours and cakes.
